Agile Financial Management

Agile financial management is concerned with the financial performance of agile portfolios, programmes and projects. It examines the impact of agile practices (e.g., forced-ranked or MoSCoW prioritisation and incremental delivery) on the financial performance of agile projects as assessed by traditional financial and accounting metrics and also considers the assessment of risk and the financial treatment thereof. You may wish to join us on our LinkedIn Agile Financial Management Group to discuss matters relating to the contractual, financial or accounting aspects of financial management as they concern agile environments.
